Sondulapur in the rose village of Turag

Sondulapur in the rose village of Turag

Golap-Gram2.jpg
The brick scraps of the village have been scratched. The rose garden has been made on both sides. The highlands are covered with roses. Red, yellow, white - how many roses have no ytti After village village same aesthetic scene. In the air, you have a taste of the flowers of the sun
Near Dhaka. Tubao patha river door Gulap, on the outskirts of the capital, has traded on commercial basis in at least six villages in the Kolaghese of Turag Nirpur in Birulia Union. There are flowers in six villages in this year. Most of the cultivation is in the village of Sadullapur. This rose farm has emerged as the main driving force of agricultural economy in this village. 90 percent of the farmers here are cultivating roses on a commercial basis. The marginal farmers are also rushing to cultivate roses.
Golap-Gram.jpg
Only 30 minutes route from Mirpur Dianbari Trawala Ghat of Dhaka, then the village of Sadullapur. Falling from the trawler rosy rosy rosy garden on both sides of the road.
In the village of Sadullapur, mainly the red rose species of the Miranda species are cultivated. For this reason the village has been known as the red rose village. There are also white rosas, gardens and gladioles flower gardens.
If you want to visit somewhere around Dhaka for a short time, there is a suitable place for Sadullapur. As you can enjoy beautiful views of the river on the journey, the beauty of the rose is also seen from near. And the whole village can be seen walking around.
Way to go: Wherever you live in the capital, first you will come to Diyabari Batalha Ghat. This is not a Diyabari but a darabari of Uttara. It is Mirpur embankment. Jatrabari, Gulistan, Farmgate has bus services to Mirpur embankment. Besides, Mirpur number one or Mirpur-10 or Gabtoli can easily go to Rikshaya Diyabari Battalola Ghat. From here, the shaleo engine has left the boat for 10 minutes and goes to Sadullapur. Speedboat, kosha boat, Shallow boat agreement can also be taken for rent in Sadullapur. The whole of Sadulapur can be traversed by walking. Again, the pitch-lined pathway through the village can also be rickshaw-mounted. The best route is the Baruilia Bridge route. Because in this way, all the rosettes in the field are on the other side of the road. Absolutely full street. Stop the auto stop and all the rose garden will be seen. If you want to take a personal car, then Akaran Bazar is straight between Birpura Bridge and Birpura Bridge. The road from the market to the path of the Rosa will be seen on the way.
Golap-Gram3.jpg
Rose hat: Local flowers farmers have built themselves in the village for their own needs. Every evening in Shyampur, the rose hat is sitting. In front of the Abul Kashem Market there began the evening in the flower businessmen. There are many businessmen coming from different parts of the country including Dhaka and gathering in the crowd. To sell, sell. Until late night. Apart from this, the Sabu Market has the most in the market. Selling rosettes in this market is also bought. Later these flowers are sold in different places of Dhaka. Travelers can buy flowers directly from the garden if they want. You can take your favorite flowers. The price of the retailer is five taka. Generally flowers are sold as staples. One box contains 50 to 100 roses. Flowers and fluctuations in the price of the season. The demand for roses is always there. So the peasants are busy all year round. In the special festival days, the demand increased manifold.
Food: It is good to take lunch with you. But there are hotels near the Sadullapur Gate. You can find great food including mirchini, murali, curd, sweets, and all the great food in the gaatala boat. The cow's milk tea and milk can taste sour cream. A taste for remembering If the party is tied, then the hotel will have to talk about cooking before.
As it turns out, according to the information given by the locals, the cultivation of rosemary flowers began on experimental basis at Azpara Mostapara village of Savar around 25 years ago. The soil of the area is very suitable for cultivation of flowers, hence there is success in cultivating roses. In this region traders flourished commercially in this region. In 1981, bottles of Mirandi were brought from Holland to the Botanical Gardens in the capital's Mirpur. Soon Mirandi flower cultivation started in this country. In 1986, a researcher from Botanical Garden planted seeds of Mirandi flowers at Mostapara village. Then the cultivation and business of roses rose in the region. Later, it spread to different parts of the country including Savar, Singair.
Golap-Gram4.jpg
Profit and cost: Farmers said that about seven lakhs of rupees are spent on cultivating flowers on every hectare of land including organic and chemical fertilizers, seeds, pesticides. In winter, the incidence of insects is low but it is high in summer. Because of this, pesticides have to be given. It is not possible to produce good roses without regular irrigation, fertilizer and care. There are 15 lakh flowers per year in every hectare. On average, one flower can be sold at one rupee by selling 15 lakh taka. At present, the wholesale price of flowers is three to three rupees. But sometimes every flower can not be sold at one rupee.
Everyone in the village is rented: Sadullapur village is known as Nababs Baigun House. This was the victim of the victims of the Nawab of Dhaka. There was a palace of Nawabs in the house of Baigun. There was a mosque built by Nawab Ahsanullah. Now there is nothing for them. There are only ruins of the house. The whole of Sadullapur is still under the Nawab Estate. So villagers have no own land. They are not even the owners of their homesteads. They are living in lease of estate, living in agriculture, and also cultivating agriculture. In a word, a rented village in Sadullapur. There is no such village in Bangladesh.
Warning: Do not drop plastic nets, chips packets etc. while visiting the rose garden.

Insanity ; 35 rotations around the sun (and the life lesson I have learned)

35 rotations around the sun (and the life lesson I have learned)

Remember the definition of insanity is: doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.
Today is my 35th birthday and for the first time in my life I finally feel like I got shit figured out. (lol)
I know this sounds crazy but I never had any dreams of going to college or even having some great career.
It's not that I'm lazy, I just couldn't see myself getting a job working (wasting) 8 hours a day (making someone else rich) for the rest of my life.
It never interested me one bit and I couldn't figure out why that was what humans did.

After making some mistakes and getting into some trouble as a teenager I joined the army thinking maybe that would give me some direction or at least something to hold me over until I figured out what I wanted in life.
But after two combat tours I was all funned out on the military.
Next came growing marijuana for a living.
I kinda fell into this job after the military and thought for a while it was a dream job.
I found I love growing marijuana, but not for other people, only as a hobby for myself.
After that I worked warehouse jobs, service jobs, tech jobs, I've tried it all and none of it was for me.
I didn't know what I was searching and didn't even know if I would find what I was looking for.

I tried following in the lockstep of society, I bought a house thinking it would make me happy, it didn't.
For years I have felt more trapped then ever.
So in January of this year my fiance and I decided we needed a change in our lives.
We didn't know where to start so we decided to start eating organically, just to make us healthier.
We also decided to stop poisoning ourselves with cigarettes and alcohol.

After starting that things just started falling into place for us.
We felt so good we decided to start walking daily, which then turned into working out and doing yoga.
Now instead of feeling lost or trapped, everyday I learn more about myself and life makes a little more sense.
All it took was for us to actually start changing, after that it was like a title wave of force started carrying us.

I woke up the other morning and realized this entire time I've been setting us up for a journey of a lifetime without even knowing it!
I had bought an old shitty victorian house about 5 years ago and remodeled the ENTIRE house since.
I have created a beautiful equity nest egg on accident because I couldn't afford the "nicer" home when I was first buying.
So instead I made the dream home I always wanted with sweat equity (doing all the work myself).
Now I can sell my home, buy an RV (cash) and travel for years if not forever with the money I'm investing in cryptos. :)
Finally, my dream job and life!

Who would of thought it would all come together on my 35th birthday!?!
Its absolutely incredible how life works itself out when you give it a little push!
So if you are under 35 (or even older) and feel like you are lost in your life, don't worry life has a funny way of working itself out.
It all starts with a little change. So if you don't like something about your life then change it!

Why Leaves Change Color in Autumn (updated)

Why Leaves Change Color in Autumn (updated)

This happened over night!
It is getting to be that time of year again when the leaves start changing and we all get to enjoy the colors of autumn.
It is one of the most beautiful times of year, the changing fall colors never cease to amaze me.
Watching them slowly change from yellow to orange to red and all the colors in between.
As each night gets colder than the night before the green eventually fades into a beautiful splash of colors that is ecstasy for the eyes.
And this is just the beginning.

Have you ever wondered how and why a fall leaf changes color? Well, here is the simple answer to that (so I don't bore you with science stuff) ;)
Plants make their own food. They take water from the ground through their roots. They take a gas called carbon dioxide from the air. They turn water and carbon dioxide into food and oxygen. Oxygen is a gas in the air that we need to breathe.
Plants make their food using sunlight and something called chlorophyll. Chlorophyll gives leaves their green color.
Winter days are short, cold and dry so many plants stop making food in the fall.
Then the chlorophyll goes away. When that happens we can see orange, yellow and red colors. These colors were in the leaves all summer, but the green (chlorophyll) covered them up.

Some leaves turn red. This color is made in autumn, from food trapped in the leaves.
Brown colors appear just a bit later in the fall. They turn brown from (food) waste that is left in the leaves.
And that's the really short answer. Nature is amazing so enjoy it!
Knowledge is power :)
Peace, love n all that hippie shit

5 tips on how to loose weight without working out!

5 tips on how to loose weight without working out!

I have lost more than 20% of my body weight (35lbs of fat) since january of this year!! I know it sounds crazy hard but its really not, anyone can do it as long as you stick with it. I would say these are all common sense tips but in todays society we have been lied to by advertisement so much that we don't know whats real and whats not! If you do these five things and stick with them, it will help you to lose weight. And the best part is you can combine them with any diet you choose or if you are just wanting to start somewhere on your weightloss journey these 5 tips apply regardless and they're FREE!
  1. STOP EATING FAST FOOD!
I know this sounds like a no brainer but people have a real difficult time giving up fast food because it is ADDICTIVE and so convienent. Truth is everyone knows how terrible this "food" is for you but they constantly make up excuses as to why they are eating it (its fast, its easy, i dont have time to cook) STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Tell yourself the truth everytime you drive by one, say outloud "THIS IS POISIN AND ITS SLOWLY KILLING ME AND MAKING ME FAT." This stuff is not food anymore, it will do nothing good for your body! Stop getting fooled by it. Know whats also convienent, not dying from a heart attack!
  2. STOP DRINKING SODA, ENERGY DRINKS AND SPORT DRINKS!
I can't even begin to express how terrible soda is for your body! And once again most people know this but nobody cares. It is definitely a huge contributor to our diebetes, overweight and health issues in america but nobody wants to do anything about it. This is literally killing people daily and no one thinks about it because it taste good!?! Thats dumb! You can not loose weight if you drink these sugary drinks regularly, its Impossable. If you really feel the need for something sweet then drink some all natural juice, a small portion 6 to 8 oz to curb that sweet tooth, but dont over do it because its still filled with sugar.
  3. DRINK MORE WATER
Water is one of the most essential needs for life! Think about it, we can go months without food (maybe longer) and not die, but we can't go more than a few days, at most a week without water. But getting people to drink water is like pulling teeth because everyone is addicted to the sweet factor of the energy drinks, sodas, sport drinks and now even juices are slammed with extra sugars and sweetners. I try to drink atleast a half gallon of water a day, that keeps me hydrated and also keeps me from snacking through out the day without getting hungry. You can also drink a glass of water before meals to help fill you without over eating. Or chug a glass of water instead of having a snack! Water can help on so many levels with weight loss its crazy, water even helps with digestion!! Just make sure to drink good filtered water 😉
  4. TAKE A WALK, EVERYDAY!
This doesn't seem like it would help much but let me tell you otherwise! When i started all of these things I didn't work out at all. I didn't have the motivation to and I wasn't in the right mindset, but I knew I had to move daily to feel better so I started with just 1.5 mile walk once a day (now i walk 6). Walking is/was great for me because it uses a lot of muscles in the body but it doesnt really seem like much work to walk. It gets your blood flowing, your muscles working, your mind moving and helps with stress and digestion. It really is amazing how good walking makes you feel, do your body and mind a favor and go for a walk everyday!
  1. EAT ORGANIC FOODS!
I always hear how expensive organic food is, whenever I try to get people to eat healthier. The truth is, it's worth every penny. It cost more because it is REAL food, good things cost more. This is one thing you should never comprimise on, its your health! I remember my mom saying to me "you are what you eat" when I was a kid. She didn't mean I was going to turn into a candy bar, she meant as good as that candy bar is, you cant properly sustain life on it, it will make you unhealthy and sick if you constantly eat it. This is also true for ALL processed foods, they may taste amazing, but those "foods" are destroying your body and they aren't meant to live on. I also remember people saying things like "know where your food comes from" and "don't take candy from strangers." But we don't hear those sayings anymore because we have grocery stores, so now its just crazy to question how our beef and chicken is raised (which is disgustingly inhumane for the most part) or where our apples come from (china if u shop at walmart) because its packaged pretty with some stamp saying its ok to eat?!?! Truth is, you should know your farmer, grow your own veggies (if you can) and know where the food that your putting in your mouth is coming from everyday!!! It's not ok to assume its safe and healthy because the packaging told you so, or because you bought it at a store! The body is like an engine, food is the fuel. If you put bad fuel into a good engine it doesn't run at top performance, do that for years on end and you'll end up with all kinds of engine problems. Yes organic food is a bit more expensive, but doctors visits and health problems cost way more. Do your body a favor and give it clean food, I can't describe how much better I feel since I started clean eating, its truely amazing!

As each day passes you will have a little more energy and feel like you want to do a little bit more, eventually you may wake up and want to go to a gym because you know how good it feels to be in shape Remember, it took a long time to put that weight on, it will take a long time for it to come off healthy, but if you stick with it your will succeed!
Good luck on your weight loss journey and feel free to hit me up if you have any questions or comments! Peace, love, and all that hippy shit! ✌

A.T.V. adventure in Arizona

A.T.V. adventure

Today was a pretty epic day, it was sunny and 65 degrees so we decided to pull out the All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and take them on a cruise through the mountains here in Arizona.
These ATV trails run all over through this area, I think I heard someone say there are thousands of miles of trails through out these mountain, and I could definitely believe it. We only drove about 45 miles today but you could see paths everywhere and we could've kept going in any direction. It was nice to be in the middle of nowhere for a change, at one point we didn't see any people or even houses for more than an hour. Sometimes you just need to get away from everything and only be surrounded by the mountains and cactuses (or maybe its cacti? lol, I don't know).
These ATVs can really get up and go. They have motorcycle engines in them and really haul ass when you step on it. We were driving on an gravel road next to the interstate and were keeping up with the traffic no problem, just to give you an idea of how fast these things can go. They really are a blast to drive!
The trails around this area are really fun with all kinds of different terrain. We climbed steep areas, rocky areas with sharp rocks and huge drop offs, but we also drove on plenty of dried up river beds and gravel paths where you can really get some speed.
The scenery was amazing on our ATV adventure. The mountains were always nestled in the back round so the view was absolutely breathtaking all day. I posted a few pictures below so you can see what I'm talking about.
Unfortunately we didn't get nearly as many pictures as we would have liked because we really didn't have the chance to pull out the camera all that often. It is really dirty with dust flying all over the place so I had to constantly keep the camera secured in the camera bag to protect it. So taking it in and out of the bag constantly wasn't really an option all that often today.
The clouds were moving in so we decided to make it a short trip for the day. It really didn't matter how long we went out, we honestly just wanted to have an enjoyable day after all the moving and traveling for the last week to make it here. It was so worth it to be able to soak up the sun and enjoy this beautiful landscape, but the altitude, all the fresh air and the sun has me drained so I think I will stop talking and just let you enjoy the pictures ;)

Is Yoga Good For Anxiety And Depression?

Is Yoga Good For Anxiety And Depression?

We have a lot of responsibilities. And it's increasing day by day. Everything is getting faster. You are feeling stress. Anxiety and depression make you feel bad. Because of anxiety and depression you cannot focus on what you are doing.
Does Yoga Help To Reduce Anxiety and Depression.jpg

So how does yoga help you to reduce anxiety and depression?

Yoga is always there to help you dealing with anxiety and depression. It can help you to alleviate anxiety and reduce the level of stress.
People who experience anxiety and depression often think about the future that something horrible is going to happen. Maybe they had a bad experience and they think it over and over.
Depression.jpg

Yoga reduces the level of your anxiety.

If you are always worried about the past and future, you are no longer control of the present moment. As a result, you cannot take initiatives to deal with the thing that you are worried about. In this situation yoga helps you to be in the present. Yoga teaches you how to take deep breath to reduce the level of your anxiety.
Anxiety may cause your body to tense up. You usually feel it in the shoulder, neck and back. If you do yoga, your body will be relaxed, more free and release that tension.
Do yoga be happy.jpg

Yoga Pose

Yoga poses help you sleep better. Yoga increases blood flow in your body. When you feel like losing control, yoga puts you in a state of mind where you have more control over your body and mind. It increases self confidence.
