Once you are happy, you need to go out to walk.
This is a real true fact.
If you are sad, yo will not move from your bed, but if you do, then you will be happy, just for walking around the block, , so, this by the way will reduce your sadness and it will make you "to become happy", though, if you are happy, then you will walk more faster, and your fats will be less as happiness with walking will reduce body fat, so, I will go walking to make my moment happier and to feel lighter , as I have funny mood to jump like crazy and I do not know why.
