In these series we will be discussing on the following 6 aspects:-

In the 2nd part of this series we will understand the Physical aspect Human Mechanism.
Physical health is as important as emotional health. A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent.

What is physical fitness?

It is a general state of health and well-being with proper functionality of our bodily mechanisms & more specifically, it is the ability to perform well in sports, work and other daily tasks. It is generally improved through proper nutrition, physical exercise and or yoga, and sufficient rest.
Additionally, since I have been exploring behaviorism I must mention that once you are 18, you need to be conscious about your physical appearance in terms of fitness. And it can be improved by a regular workout at the gym or even a planned exercise. Yoga proves to be the best option.

Fitness and IQ: – A co-relation

A European study appearing in the December 2009 issue of the “Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences” found a direct correlation between a teenager’s level of physical fitness and IQ. Researchers examined data on 1.2 million young men born in Sweden between 1950 and 1976 who received physical and intelligence assessments when they enlisted in the military. The study concluded that being physically fit at age 18 is linked to having a higher IQ, and increases the likelihood of higher-than-average educational and professional achievements in adulthood. So make sure that you are investing in your physical mechanism with due dedication.
So make sure that you are investing in your physical mechanism. All you need to work on is staying hygienic, a balanced diet, a dedicated routine exercise and avoiding drugs and other toxic addictions.
Thus I think this would convince you to work out on your physical mechanism.
